Atibaia Residence Hotel & Resort

We recently spent a weekend at a hotel in the Atibaia area and were pleasantly surprised by our experience. the hotel offered a variety of facilities, including a gym and restaurants, that kept us entertained throughout the day. the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the location offered stunning views of the surroundings.

There were a couple of aspects that were not up to our expectations. the hotel was located on a steep slope, which made it challenging to move around, especially for older guests.

The food was amazing, all-inclusive service really good, plenty of options for food and drinks, great kids' activities, friendly staff.

Cannot find any fault.

If you're looking for a quick overnight stop near Guarulhos airport, this place may do the trick. the staff there speak English and are generally helpful. the rooms are clean and spacious, and the bathroom provides adequate facilities. the hotel also offers free breakfast. Depending on the type of room you get, some may provide a good view of the surrounding area. the hotel has a pool area with sun loungers where you can relax.

Getting around can be a bit of a hassle as the hotel premises are on a steep hill.

The hotel facilities were adequate and provided a good value for money. The location near the airport made it convenient for me to catch my flight. breakfast was great!

Nothing to dislike.

The all-inclusive resort was wonderful for our family. We enjoyed having all meals included and the variety of activities offered on the property. The staff was friendly and always willing to help, even with the language barrier. We particularly enjoyed the delicious caipirinhas and the multiple pools available for swimming. Additionally, the location was perfect for us, with easy access to nearby attractions and a beautiful view of the surrounding area.

The gym was outdated and lacked the equipment we were hoping for. While there were some machines available, they could benefit from a serious upgrade. Additionally, some of the staff members could use some training in customer service, as we found some interactions to be a bit rude. Despite these minor drawbacks, we would still recommend this resort as a great option for families looking for an all-inclusive vacation experience.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at a 4-star hotel near Guarulhos airport and I must say, it exceeded my expectations. The location was perfect, only a short drive away from the airport. The staff at this place were incredibly helpful and made my stay incredibly comfortable. The room amenities were top-notch, from the air conditioning to the well-stocked mini-bar. I also appreciated the free toiletries and the flat-screen TV for some evening entertainment. The dining options were fantastic, with a restaurant and bar/lounge area offering delicious meals and drinks. The breakfast spread was particularly impressive, offering a wide variety of choices. I was also delighted to find that this place had leisure facilities such as a swimming pool, sauna, and jacuzzi. It was great to relax and unwind in these areas after a long day of traveling. The entertainment and facilities also included Wi-Fi and an on-site car park, which were both convenient for my stay.

My experience at this hotel was fantastic and I would highly recommend it to others. The staff were friendly and the amenities exceeded my expectations.
